1. Agreement to terms

By engaging Adam SEO for SEO consulting and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

2. Services

Adam SEO provides SEO consulting and related services including but not limited to:

  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
  • AEO and GEO (AI Search Optimization)
  • E-commerce SEO across Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom platforms
  • Technical SEO audits
  • SEO-aware web design and redesign engagements
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

3. Pricing and payment

Retainer tiers are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM): Standard RM 2,500/month, Premium RM 4,500/month, and Elite RM 9,500/month. Custom engagements are scoped after an initial discovery audit. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on each invoice (typically 14 days). Late payment may result in a temporary suspension of work.

4. Engagement terms and cancellation

Our default retainer commitment is an initial 3-month engagement (so Stage 1 of the 4-Stage Framework can land), then month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. Cancellations made mid-month are billed pro-rata for any work already in flight.

5. Service deliverables and outcomes

Adam SEO does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Google's algorithm and competitive landscape make such guarantees impossible to honour. What we do guarantee is methodology, transparent reporting, and effort against the agreed scope. Every monthly report documents the work performed, the rationale, and the projected and actual impact.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, strategies, and competitive information as strictly confidential. Sub-contractors and partners are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

7. Limitation of liability

Adam SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in the preceding three months.

8. Intellectual property

All proprietary methodology, frameworks, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Adam SEO. Content, copy, and assets specifically produced for the client during a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with 30 days notice.
